Who we are
The Law Firm Santonastaso-Bruno was founded by the Lawyer Giacomo Santonastaso in 1997.
In 2005 the Law Firm was enriched by the professional figure of the Lawyer Alice Marcella Bruno.

Civil lawyer registered in the Ordine degli Avvocati (Order of Lawyers) of Turin, specialized in Civil law, Commercial law, International commercial law and Corporate law, in particular in the contract management, in the assistance to enterprises both in judicial and extra judicial activities and in the legal aspects of business restructuring.
He also provides assistance in matters concerning compensation for damages, professional liability and family law. Since 1990 he practices as a lawyer, he cooperated with the Law Firm Bava-Losano in Turin.
In 1998 he founded his own firm in its present location.
The main activity in his firm concerns management of contracts and of all legal aspects in the field of civil law related to outdoor advertising and advertising installations, including receivables recovery, by following and taking care of disputes all over Italy.
Following the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, he provided assistance to thirty-five companies which had participated in the building of the Olympic sites, and defended their interests in legal proceedings which received extensive media coverage on a national level and on the main information media.
During 1999 he furthermore cooperated with the Sezione di Torino del Tribunale del Malato (Turin Section of the Tribunal for Patients’ Rights). Moreover he held the position of arbiter in several arbitration procedures throughout the national territory.

Thanks to a decade of study and work experience in Europe (Switzerland, France and the European Communities) and in the United States, she was able to practice both in Italy and abroad.
She was furthermore appointed as arbiter in several arbitrations in Italy and in the United States.
